When space is tight and you need beds for three kids, triple bunk beds may be the answer.  Taking up the smallest amount of floor space possible, the tower arrangement of three beds stacked one on top of the other, will sleep three comfortably in even the smallest room.  Alternatively, If you'd prefer to devote more floor space to the beds and give your kids more head room, then a double loft bunk bed may be the better choice for you.  Designed in an "L" shape, you can still use the floor space under the second loft for a dresser or desk.
